Motorola Microcontrollers (68HCXX, etc.) using "C" and/or assembly language

Intel Microcontrollers (80C5X, etc.) using "PLM", "C", and/or assembly language

I also have experience with several other MCUs and CPUs, etc.

Most of this experience is strongly related to hardware and/or hardware interfaces. Some of the projects I have worked on include:

A dedicated "horsepower computer" that forms the "readout" portion for a dynamometer. Also related "PC" programs for dynamometer display and data collection, option setting, etc.

A combination of custom designed electronics (including microprocessor firmware) plus "PC" Windows software to create a "Brake Tester" system. This system is used to test the brakes of fork lift trucks by the manufacturer as part of their quality control system.

A system related to the above, but dedicated to "Speed Testing" of the fork lift trucks.

A "balance computer" that is the heart of a modern computerized balancing system. Also related "PC" programs for data collection, etc. This system includes custom designed electronics, microprocessor firmware, and an extensive computer software system.

Several items of specialized telephone equipment.

Specialized test software for vehicular data-logging, etc. This project involved "PC" software and microprocessor firmware.

A "lesson system" for educational purposes.
